Common questions
What counts as an OG image?
One rendered image at one template version + params + variant. Cached on our CDN for as long as your workspace exists — repeat views are free.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Past your monthly image cap, new images return a 402 error instead of a picture until the next period, an upgrade or an add-on. Images already rendered keep loading from cache. Check usage on the Billing page. You can top up with add-on credit instead of changing plans.
Is there a free plan? Really?
Yes — 100 images/month on the Free plan, no credit card. The scanner and platform previews are free on top of that, within fair-use limits.
Do you offer a lifetime deal?
No lifetime deal at launch. Founding members get 40% off for as long as their yearly subscription stays active (first 100 customers, annual).
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Anytime. Annual saves 17% (two months free). Plan changes apply immediately; Polar prorates the difference on your next invoice.
